For a new Franchise owner, how does Ultra-Scan support them in the initial stages?
Training is upwards of 3 - 4 weeks starting in an established region and then working alongside the trainee in their home region until he / she is competent. The emphasis is on accuracy, not just "In calf" or Empty" but also looks at dating and abnormalities.
Our Franchise owners are certified by an experienced technician which allows the new Franchise owner to be confident in the knowledge that they can provide a premium service to their clients. Training is also provided in all business aspects of owning a Franchise including use of our internet based database system, accounting and compliancy (if required), cold calling - although we prefer to call it hot knocking, marketing and advertising. Training is also provided in the use of our Android based computerised recording system which enables us to provide farmers with same day results from the scan including Empty Rates, Mating Dates, Calving Dates and abnormalities seen. Ultra-Scan organise the production of personalised flyers for each of the franchisees, advertising the seasonal services being undertaken. Gate signs are used and we can also assist with advertising blurb and layout for magazines, newspapers and newsletters.
